This is your information pack which contains details about the services we are providing you as well as other information which you may find useful. Feel free to get in touch.

Office hours are 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri and 10am to 2pm Saturdays.

Out of hours you are welcome to SMS and email and we will reply as soon as possible but you may still be able to find help via IRC. Calls and text-based messaging are recorded.

Customer Portals / Web Pages

There are two websites available to you that separate into ‘Services’ and ‘Accounts’.

They have different login names and passwords.
